Job Description

နေ့စဉ် ငွေဝင်၊ ငွေထွက် စာရင်းများကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
Cashier မှ လက်ခံရရှိသော Cash Collection နှင့် Bank Deposit များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
Payment Voucher၊ Receipt၊ Journal Voucher နှင့် အခြား Accounting Documents များကို ပြင်ဆင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Accounts Receivable (AR) နှင့် Accounts Payable (AP) စာရင်းများကို Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Bank Reconciliation နှင့် Cash Reconciliation များကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Finance Report များ၊ Monthly Report များနှင့် Supporting Documents များကို ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း။
Internal / External Audit အတွက် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ပြင်ဆင်ထားရှိခြင်း။
Finance Manager နှင့် Chief Accountant တို့မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သော Accounting လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်သူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
LCCI Level II / III အောင်မြင်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Accounting ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Microsoft Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Basic Accounting Software အသုံးပြုဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
တိကျမှု၊ ရိုးသားမှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
