Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Record and verify financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory reports. (if required)
  • Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
  • Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for financial-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • LCCI Level II/III or other relevant accounting certification preferred.
  • Minimum (1–3) years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiar with accounting software.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
