Job Description

  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Record financial transactions accurately and maintain accounting records.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Support payroll calculation and staff reimbursement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with management regarding financial matters and reporting.
  • Maintain confidential financial information securely.
  • Assist with audits and tax-related documentation when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years above of accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.
  • Good communication skills in English and Burmese.
  • Experience working with international or overseas companies.
  • Familiarity with remote working systems and online communication tools.
  • Knowledge of UAE business or accounting practices is an advantage.
