Job Description

Administrative function များကိုသေချာနားလည်ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်စွာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Office supplies နှင့်ပတ်သတ်သောစာရင်းဇယားများအား စနစ်တကျထိန်းသိမ်းပေးခြင်း။
ရုံးပစ္စည်းများကို လက်ခံခြင်းနှင့် ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းတို့ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး စနစ်တကျစာရင်းရေးသွင်းပေးခြင်း။
လုပ်ငန်းသုံး ယာဉ်များနှင့်ပတ်သတ်ပြီး စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
Administrative လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာစီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးခြင်းနှင့် Report များရေးသွင်းပေးခြင်း။
Supervisor မှပေးအပ်သော အခြားလုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များအား ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

မည်သည့်ဘွဲ့ရမဆို လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့်ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ .
သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ၊ Positive Thinking ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microsoft office Word, Excel, Internet & Email ကောင်းမွန်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
