2. ထိရောက်သော Outcome ရရှိနိုင်ရန် ပြုလုပ်ရန်လိုအပ်သော Treatment Plan နှင့် Post-Care Process များကို Client များအားရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားပေးခြင်း။
3. Treatment Record များကိုတိတိကျကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားပေးခြင်း။
4. လိုအပ်သော ဆေးပစ္စည်းများ In Stock ရှိနေစေရန် အမြဲစစ်ဆေးပြီးစာရင်းရေးသွင်းခြင်း။
5. Treatment Area,Tool နှင့် Equipment များကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထားရှိခြင်း။
6. Market အတွင်းရေပန်းအစားဆုံး Skincare Trend, Technique နှင့် Product များအကြောင်းကို အမြဲလေ့လာခြင်း။
7. Client များနှင့်ကောင်းမွန်သော relationship တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။
1. တရားဝင် Nursing License ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) Degree in Nursing ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
2. Aesthetic Nurse အဖြစ်လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (3) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
3. Aesthetic Treatment များကိုကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
4. Communication ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး interpersonal skills ကြွယ်ဝသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
5. အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တတ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
