Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Plan, implement, and monitor sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and brand presence.
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and discipline.

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Diploma or professional certificate in Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Sales, or Marketing, preferably in F&B, bakery, or café industry.
Experience in team supervision or staff management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with experience in handling complaints.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and track KPIs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management.
Able to handle pressure and multiple responsibilities effectively.
