Job Description

  • Supported sales growth of tableware products across HORECA, retail, and distributor channels.
  • Managed key accounts and handled quotations, tenders, and bulk project orders.
  • Monitored sales performance, pricing, and product mix to achieve sales targets.
  • Assisted in marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and showroom merchandising.
  • Coordinated exhibitions, trade fairs, and HORECA industry events.
  • Maintained strong relationships with customers and distributors, collecting market feedback.
  • Supported sales team supervision and provided product knowledge training.
  • Prepared sales reports, forecasts, and coordinated with logistics/warehouse for stock planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in tableware, FMCG, or hospitality supply industry will be highly preferred).
  • Good understanding of HORECA, retail, and distributor sales channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills.
  • Product knowledge, presentation, and merchandising ability.
  • Market research, analysis, and strategic sales planning.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and coordination skills.
