Job Description

Recipe နှင့် Quality Standards အတိုင်း Bread, Pastries, Cakes နှင့် အခြား Baked Goods များ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်နှင့် ချက်ပြုတ်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Product Quality အတွက် Ingredients များကို တိကျစွာ တိုင်းတာပြီး အရောအနှောပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။
Oven Temperature နှင့် Baking Time များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး Product Standards ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးခြင်း။
Cake နှင့် Pastry များကို Company Specification အတိုင်း အလှဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Bakery Area တွင် Hygiene, Safety, Cleanliness ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Ingredients နှင့် Baking Supplies များအတွက် Inventory Management နှင့် Stock Control အတွက် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Daily Production Schedule အတိုင်း Production Target များ ရရှိအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Bakery Manager (သို့) Head Chef က အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

Baking / Pastry အတွက် Diploma, Certificate ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Professional Bakery, Hotel, Restaurant တွင် Baker အဖြစ် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
Baking Techniques, Cake Decoration နှင့် Pastry Preparation အတွင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Baking နှင့် Presentation အတွက် Attention to Detail နှင့် Creativity ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership Skill၊ Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
