Job Description

နေ့စဉ် Operation တာဝန်များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Bartenders & Bar Helpers များအတွက် တာဝန်များကို Assign ချပေးရန်။
Items အမျိုးအစားများကို Quality control ပိုင်းကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Stock, Requisition & Ordering ပိုင်းများကို စနစ်ကျစစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
နေ့စဉ် အရောင်း၊ Report၊ Wastage control များကို စနစ်တကျ မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Customer Complaints များကို လိမ္မာပါးနပ်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Hygiene, Equipment Maintenance, Safety Rules များကို သိရှိလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

Bar/Beverage sector တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂–၃) နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Bar/Beverage ပိုင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် knowledge ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Inventory control & stock management နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Customer handling & problem-solving skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Team leading skill, communication skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
POS system အသုံးပြုတတ်သူဖြစ်ပါက အားသားချက်ဖြစ်သည်။
