Job Description

Take full responsibility for the overall operations, sales performance and business development of the Yangon Branch.
Develop and implement branch sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch-level targets.
Develop new dealers and customers while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demands and selling prices.
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion within Yangon and surrounding areas.
Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory accuracy in coordination with relevant departments.
Monitor customer credit, outstanding receivables and collection activities to ensure timely payment.
Control branch operating expenses and ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
Review and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and collection reports.
Identify branch operational and sales issues and take timely corrective actions.
Coordinate effectively with Head Office, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics and other relevant departments.
Ensure company policies, procedures, pricing policies and internal controls are properly followed.
Provide regular branch performance updates, market feedback and business recommendations to senior management.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance and support to improve productivity and sales results.
Take ownership of the overall performance, profitability and continuous development of the Yangon Branch.
Perform other branch management duties and assignments as directed by senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Distribution, Branch Operations or Business Development, with 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position preferred.
Experience in Sales, Distribution, FMCG, Automotive, Motorcycle or Spare Parts businesses is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of dealer, wholesale distribution and market development.
Good understanding of stock management, credit control, collection and overall branch operations.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Result-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and make practical business decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP/Odoo or other business management systems is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Yangon and surrounding areas for customer, dealer and market visits.
Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet business deadlines.
