Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and business performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
