Job Description
Design and decorate cakes according to customer orders and company standards.
Prepare and apply icing, fondant, cream, and decorations creatively and accurately.
Customize cakes for birthdays, weddings, and other events.
Ensure cakes are visually appealing, high-quality, and delivered on time.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and decoration area.
Manage ingredients, tools, and materials for cake decoration.
Work with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
Follow food safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent (certificate in baking/pastry is a plus).
2–3 years of experience in cake decorating or bakery work.
Skilled in icing, piping, fondant, and basic cake design techniques.
Creative, detail-oriented, and aesthetically minded.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Flexible to work weekends or holidays if needed.
