Job Description

  • Customer များ၏ ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုများနှင့် Complains များကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ပြောဆို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရန်။
  • Customer များ၏ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုများနှင့် မေးမြန်းချက်များကို တိကျသေချာသော အချက်အလက်များဖြင့် ပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားနိုင်ရန်။
  • ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုမှတ်တမ်းများကို နည်းစနစ်ကျစွာဖြင့် သိမ်းဆည်းပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနသို့ နေ့စဉ်သတင်းပို့ ရန်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ထုတ်ကုန်အသစ်များ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် မူဝါဒများအကြောင်းကို Customer များအား ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုပြီး အသိပေးရန်။
  • Customer များကို ဖုန်းဖြင့် troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products knowledge များအား Guide Line ပေးရန်။

Requirements

  • အခြေခံပညာအထက်တန်းအဆင့်တက်ရောက်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသက် (၁၈) နှစ်ပြည့်ပြီးသူ အမျိုးသား/အမျိုးသမီးဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဆက်ဆံပြောဆိုတတ်ရမည်။
  • လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Myanmar & English ကို ပီပီသသ ကြည်ကြည်လင်လင်ပြောနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Computer အခြေခံ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လေ့လာသင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး Work Pressure ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
