Job Description

ဝန်ဆောင်မှုရယူသည့် ရောဂါရှာဖွေစမ်းသပ်သူများ၊ လူနာများနှင့် ဆေးရုံ၊ ဆေးခန်းများ၊ အခြား Lab များမှ သွင်းထားသော ငွေကြေးများကို လက်ခံရမည်။
လက်ခံရရှိသော ငွေများကို ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေးကောက်ခံပြီး ငွေလက်ခံထုတ်ပြေစာ (Paid Stamp/Voucher) များ ထုတ်ပေးရမည်။
ဖွင့်ထားပြီးသော Vouchers များကို Finance Department သို့ အပ်နှံရန် Soft/Hard vouchers များ ပြန်စစ်ရမည်။
Runner နှင့် Counter များမှ အပ်နှံထားသော ငွေများကို စာရင်းနှင့် ကိုက်/မကိုက် ပြန်စစ်ရမည်။
Day တွင် မပြီးသေးသော Sent Out vouchers များကို Night တွင် ဆက်လက်ရိုက်ပြီး Sent Out Vouchers များကို Print ထုတ်၍ တွဲပေးရမည်။
မိမိ Duty ချိန်ပြီးပါက လက်ခံရရှိထားသော ငွေများ၊ Vouchers များကို Finance Department ထံသို့ အပ်နှံရမည်။
Day Receptionist များကို Over ပေးပြီး Cancel စာအုပ် အပ်နှံရမည်။
Laboratory ၏ ငွေသားနှင့် ဝင်ငွေများကို ငွေသွင်းရမည့် ဘဏ်အကောင့်များသို့ သေချာစွာ ထည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်။

Requirements

အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
LCCI Level 1,2 ပီးထားပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်ပါသည်။
Cashier, Finance, Accounting (သို့) Customer Service လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
ငွေလက်ခံခြင်း၊ Voucher ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် Cash Reconciliation လုပ်ငန်းများကို တိကျစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Microsoft Excel, Word နှင့် Cash Management Software ကို အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
ငွေစာရင်းများကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ပြီး ရိုးသားမှုနှင့် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရမည်။
Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Customer Service စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိရမည်။
Teamwork ဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး ဖိအားများသော လုပ်ငန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Shift Duty၊ Weekend Duty နှင့် Public Holiday Duty များတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
