Job Description

Menu အတိုင်း အစားအစာများ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်နှင့် ချက်ပြုတ်ခြင်း၊ အရည်အသွေးစံနှုန်းကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Kitchen အတွင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသောကဏ္ဍတစ်ခုကိုစနစ်တကျ စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ပေးရန်။
တာဝန်ယူထားသောအပိုင်းနှင့် Kitchen အတွင်း Hygiene, Safety, Cleanliness ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Portion Control, Food Presentation နှင့် Quality Standards ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပေးခြင်း။
Daily Kitchen Operation များတွင် Sous Chef နှင့် Head Chef ကို ကူညီပေးခြင်း။
တာဝန်ယူထားအပိုင်းအတွက် Stock နှင့် Ingredients များ လုံလောက်စွာ ရှိရှိစေရန် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Recipe, Cooking Technique နှင့် Plating Standard များကို စနစ်တကျ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Head Chef သို့မဟုတ် Sous Chef က အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရန်။

Requirements

Chef de Partie (သို့) အလားတူ Kitchen Role အတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
Cooking Techniques နှင့် Kitchen Operations ပိုင်းကို ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
သတ်မှတ်ထားသည်ကဏ္ဍကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
Leadership Skill၊ Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
