Job Description

Lead and oversee all MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works across projects and operations.
Prepare accurate cost estimates in accordance with tender BOQ, contract drawings, and technical specifications.
Develop and manage procurement plans in coordination with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and lead times.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
Monitor and control MEP budgets, variations, and cost efficiency throughout project life cycles.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Maintain complete technical records, maintenance logs, drawings, and compliance documentation.
Submit regular performance, incident, risk, and improvement reports to senior management.
Identify technical issues, provide effective solutions, and support decision-making at management level.
Train, mentor, and lead engineering teams to enhance technical competency and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. (Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is an advantage.)
Minimum 8–10 years of total MEP experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior or Chief Engineer role.
Strong ability to read, interpret, and review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
