Job Description

Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and prepares related reports.
Review CAD drawings, rendering, layouts, study models, construction documents.
Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings, construction drawings.
Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete and prepare the as built for handover works.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate such as design control.

Requirements

B. E (Civil)/ B.Arch.
Freshers are also welcome.
Experience in interior decoration works is more preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft office and engineering software programs such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch up, 3D studio VIZ or similar.
Strong communication skills, creative and visualization skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
