Job Description

Develop comprehensive construction project plans and ensure implementation within the specified timeline and budget.
Effectively collaborate and coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and Subcontractors.
Oversee and ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.
Manage capital resources, machinery/equipment, and labor force efficiently.
Maintain and submit project documentation, progress reports, and administrative records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
