Job Description

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, material, and operational costs.
  • Review inventory usage, wastage, and stock variances.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation with system records.
  • Analyze cost variances and prepare cost control reports.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, store, kitchen, and operations teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal control procedures.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist in pricing, menu costing, and profitability analysis (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cost control, inventory, or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or inventory systems.
