  • Customer များကို ဖိတ်‌ခေါ် ခြင်း၊ ၀န်ဆောင်မှုများအကြောင်းရှင်းပြပေးခြင်း။
  • မှတ်တမ်းများ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • Customer service အရည်အသွေးမြှင့်တင်ရေးအတွက် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော မေးမြန်းမှုများကို တက်ကြွစွာဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
  • လူနာများမှ တောင်းဆိုမှု၊ မကျေနပ်မှုများဖြစ်လာပါက နူးညံ့ထိန်းသိမ်းစွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ခြင်း။
