Job Description

  • Support daily customer service and customer operation activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and basic complaints politely and professionally.
  • Assist customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person communication as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Administration to support customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, data, and documentation.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
  • Assist in preparing customer-related reports and summaries when required.
  • Support customer onboarding and basic account maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Business Administration, or related field is preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
