Job Description

Customer များ၊ Hospital / Clinic များနှင့် Corporate Client များမှ ဝင်လာသော Phone Calls များကို ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာစွာ ဖြေကြားခြင်း။
Laboratory Test များ၊ Service Process၊ Pricing၊ Result Timeline နှင့် Appointment ဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ရှင်းလင်းပေးခြင်း။
Customer Complaint များကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Sample Collection၊ Result Delivery နှင့် Runner Schedule များကို Reception နှင့် Operation Team များနှင့် Coordinate ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Laboratory Result မရရှိသေးသော Customer များအား Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Progress Update များ ပေးခြင်း။
Customer Information နှင့် Call Records များကို Software System တွင် မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
Customer Satisfaction ကို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရန် Company Policy နှင့် SOP များအတိုင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခြင်း။
Daily Call Report နှင့် Customer Feedback Report များကို Operation Supervisor ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။
လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ အခြား Customer Service ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်သူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Customer Service၊ Call Center (သို့) Reception ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Computer Basic၊ Microsoft Office နှင့် Data Entry ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication Skill နှင့် Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Customer များနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာစွာ ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Healthcare Industry အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
