Job Description

  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing and overseeing daily branch operations.
  • Implement and monitor branch operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Administration, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor branch performance including sales targets, operational efficiency, and cost control, and report to the Branch Manager.
  • Supervise staff attendance, performance, and discipline to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
  • Act as the Branch Manager in their absence and take full responsibility for branch operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in branch operations, business management, or a related role (managerial or assistant managerial experience is preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
