Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple brands under the company.
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with each company’s branding and objectives.
  • Create engaging content including social media posts, captions, articles, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals of each business unit.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms.
  • Execute basic paid marketing campaigns (boosting, ads setup, and monitoring).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations) for content and campaign execution.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond or coordinate replies to customer inquiries.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum (1–3) years of experience in Digital Marketing or Content Writing.
  • Strong writing skills in Myanmar and English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising. (Facebook Ads, boosting, etc.)
  • Ability to use basic design tools. (e.g., Canva; Adobe tools is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
