Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook Page and TikTok Account, including content planning, scheduling, and regular posting.
  • Develop creative and engaging social media content, including short-form video concepts, Facebook posts, and TikTok videos.
  • Create graphic designs and social media visuals using Canva and/or Photoshop.
  • Plan, set up, and manage Facebook and TikTok paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and boosting.
  • Monitor and manage digital advertising budgets and expenses systematically.
  • Maintain records of advertising expenses and coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department for weekly/monthly expense reconciliation and supporting documents.
  • Monitor Facebook Insights and TikTok Analytics to evaluate content and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and submit digital marketing and campaign performance reports to the Manager.
  • Support other digital marketing activities and projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or undergraduate who has passed the Matriculation Examination.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media Management, particularly Facebook and TikTok.
  • Candidates who have completed Digital Marketing training courses/certifications will be preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Canva, Facebook Business Suite/Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of professional email communication.
  • Intermediate level of English (4 Skills).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Honest, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Strong interest in developing a long-term career in Digital Marketing.
