Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the assigned department or property during the shift.
Ensure smooth functioning of all operational areas, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Facilities.
Handle guest/customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high service standards.
Supervise and coordinate staff performance, attendance, and work schedules.
Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring team members to maintain service excellence.
Monitor operational systems and ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and security standards.
Prepare and submit daily shift reports, incident reports, and operational updates to management.
Support management in implementing operational procedures and special projects.
Take charge in the absence of higher management and make operational decisions as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel, service, or business operations; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Knowledge of operational systems, health & safety, and service standards.
Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and make quick decisions.
