Job Description

Supervise and execute engineering works according to approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work progress meets project schedules and milestones.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, issue logs, and site documentation.
Assist in inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
Identify technical issues, propose practical solutions, and escalate critical matters to senior engineers or project managers.
Support senior engineers and project managers in project execution and resource management.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Ensure site safety and compliance with construction regulations and risk management procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site or project experience.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Familiarity with safety standards and site procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Experience with project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination is an advantage.
