Job Description

လုပ်ငန်း၏ နေ့စဉ်လည်ပတ်မှုများကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးခြင်း။
Customer Service ကို ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး၊ Customer compliant များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Attendance, Shift Schedule နှင့် နေ့စဉ်တာဝန်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးခြင်း။
ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Service ကောင်းမွန်စေရန်၊ လိုအပ်ပါကTraining များ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Stock Control, Inventory Management များကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Food & Beverage Quality Standard များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်း။
Hygiene & Safety Standard များကို SOP အတိုင်း လိုက်နာစေရန် စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း။
Supplier များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်း၍ Purchasing လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးခြင်း။
Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Promotion & Marketing Activity များတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Report များ ပြုစု၍ Management သို့ တင်ပြပေးခြင်း။
Staff Performance များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက လမ်းညွှန်မှုပေးခြင်း/စည်းကမ်းဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Cost Control ပိုင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် တာဝန်များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
(F&B / Hospitality / Hotel Management နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သောဘွဲ့ရှိပါက အားသာချက်ဖြစ်သည်။)
F&B / Café / Restaurant လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (3-5) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager Role ဖြင့် Team ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲဖူးသော အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Customer Complaint Handling နှင့် Service Improvement ပိုင်းတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
Stock Control, Inventory Management နှင့် Cost Control အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
POS System နှင့် MS Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ Shift Duty / Weekend Duty ဆင်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
