Job Description
Oversee daily F&B operations in restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures.
Plan budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Recruit, train, and supervise service team staff (waiters, bartenders).
Maintain inventory control and coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams.
Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with marketing and events teams for promotions and special events.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
