Job Description

  • Supervise waiters, bartenders, and other service staff.
  • Ensure proper implementation of service standards and procedures.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Monitor service flow during busy periods and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Assist with stock control and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Report daily operations and issues to F&B Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in F&B service or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
