Job Description

နေ့စဉ် ချမှတ်ထားသော လုပ်ငန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအားလုံးကို ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်း၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနများကို Overall Management ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော Plan များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Budget Control နှင့် P&L များကို စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
အစိုးရရုံးများသို့ သွားလာနိုင်ပြီး၊ ဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို သိရှိလိုက်နာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များကို ကြည့်ရှု့စစ်ဆေးပြီး အစီရင်ခံ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Management နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Diploma (or) Certificate ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃-၅)နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။
Leadership Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး၊ Operation ကို Management လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
နေပြည်တော်တွင် နေထိုင်သူ အဓိကဦးစားပေးမည်။
ကားမောင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
