Job Description

နေ့စဉ် Housekeeping Team အလုပ်များကို တာဝန်ခွဲထားသည့်အတိုင်း စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။
Room၊ Office Area၊ Public Area များကို ချမှတ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်း သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရန်။
Staff Attendance၊ Schedule၊ Duty Roster တို့ စီမံခန့်ခဲ့ပေးရန်။
Guest Room/Office/Common Area များကို နေ့စဉ်စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Cleaning Materials, Chemicals, Linen Stock များ ထိန်းသိမ်းစစ်ဆေးပေးရန်။
လိုအပ်ပါက အသစ်ဝင်သော ဝန်ထမ်းများကို Training ပေးခြင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ရန်။
Cleaning/Room-related Guest Complaints များ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Safety, Hygiene, Sanitation Rules များလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

Housekeeping Sector တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂–၃) နှစ် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Supervisory Skill & Team Handling Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Cleaning Standards, Chemical Usage, Hygiene Knowledge များရှိရမည်။
Basic English Skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Hotel Sector)
Communication & Problem-solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
