Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee hiring processes including job postings, interviewing and onboarding
Ensure timely and smooth onboarding of new employees, including orientation, documentation, and introduction to the team and company culture.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns.
Administer payroll, benefits and reward systems.
Benchmark and revise compensation structures to ensure competitiveness
Ensure HR policies comply with local Labor laws and documentation.
Coordinate performance appraisal systems.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices,and HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal, Communication, and leadership skills.
High ethical standards and professionalism
