Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal, staff development, and training plans.
  • Supervise HR officers and assistants and guide the HR team.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and staff records.
  • Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide management updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR practices.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
