Responsibility
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Prepare and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires.
Foster a positive working environment by resolving employee conflicts and grievances
effectively.
Organize employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
Monitor workplace discipline and recommend corrective actions.
Assess training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
Maintain employee training records and evaluate training effectiveness
Assist in the implementation of KPIs and annual performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in conducting fair and constructive performance reviews.
Coordinate monthly payroll with Finance Department to ensure accuracy.
Maintain employee leave, attendance, and overtime records.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
Support in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws and company policies.
Participate in reviewing and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure proper communication and enforcement of HR policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Good knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
