Job Description

  • Perform daily accounting data entry and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Check and verify sales invoices and related documents.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Maintain cash book records and monitor cash transactions.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents and filing systems.
  • Support monthly financial closing activities.
  • Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory-related accounting checks.
  • Update Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records.
  • Prepare payment documents and support payment processing.
  • Assist in accounting process checking and internal control activities.
  • Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Senior Accountant / Finance Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or LCCI Level III qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant accounting experience are welcome.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of the Finance & Accounting team.
