Job Description

  • Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and related accounting documents.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct payment follow-ups with customers/clients.
  • Maintain customer accounts and prepare Statements of Account.
  • Perform customer account reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
  • Record and verify daily sales, collections, and AR-related transactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
  • Support the Accountant / Senior Accountant in daily accounting and finance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AR, invoicing, billing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Accounting Software / ERP System is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
