Job Description

  • နေ့စဉ် အရောင်း၊ အဝယ်၊ ငွေလက်ခံနှင့် ငွေပေးချေမှုစာရင်းများကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန်။
  • Voucher၊ Invoice၊ Receipt နှင့် Payment Records များကို စနစ်တကျ ပြင်ဆင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
  • နေ့စဉ်ဝင်ငွေ၊ ထွက်ငွေနှင့် Cash Balance များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • အရောင်းနှင့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်းများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန်။
  • Bank Transactions နှင့် Cash Transactions များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန်။
  • လစဉ်စာရင်းပိတ်ခြင်းနှင့် Financial Reports ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းတို့တွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • စာရင်းအထောက်အထားများကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထားရန်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အထက်လူကြီးမှ ပေးအပ်သော စာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Requirements

  • အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Junior Accountant ပိုင်းဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
  • LCCI Level I & II အောင်မြင်ထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး အခြေခံစာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းများ နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • တိကျမှန်ကန်ပြီး အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို ဂရုစိုက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ရိုးသားမှုရှိပြီး ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာအချက်အလက်များကို တာဝန်ယူထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
