Job Description

Assist the Senior Site Engineer in daily site supervision and coordination of construction works.
Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
Monitor and report daily site progress, issues, and manpower/material status.
Support quality control checks for workmanship and materials on site.
Help enforce strict compliance with all site safety rules and regulations.
Prepare daily reports and maintain basic site documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and laborers under the guidance of seniors.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support project goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience on a construction site.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Basic understanding of construction methods, site safety, and quality standards.
Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on-site and follow instructions from senior engineers.
