Job Description

  • Customer များအား ယဉ်ကျေးပျုဌာစွာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရမည်။။
  • Order များကို စနစ်တကျကောက်ယူ၍ Kitchen သို့ လျှင်မြန်စွာ အမှာစာပို့ဆောင်ရမည်။
  • မေးမြန်းလာသည့် Menu နှင့် Food Items များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာဖော်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Customer Complaints နှင့် Requests များကို ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Hygiene, Safety နှင့် Service SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
  • အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။

Requirements

  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်။
  • ရုပ်ရည်ပြေပြစ်၍ သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အလုပ်တွင် စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရှိပြီး အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်၍ သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသင်းအဖွဲ့ဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer Service Skill ကောင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
