Job Description

  • Handle lease preparation and negotiation for tenants.
  • Conduct tenant screenings, inspections, and lease follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records.
  • Ensure good tenant relations.
  • Report leasing activities to Leasing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in property leasing, sales, or customer service.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain tenant records and handle lease documentation.
  • Knowledge of property rental procedures and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to travel to different property sites within Yangon.
  • Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
