Job Description

Develop and implement strategic leasing plans for residential, commercial, and office properties.
Prepare and manage rental agreements in compliance with laws and company policy.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants and negotiate lease terms.
Monitor rental collections, taxes, and financial records.
Report leasing activities and performance to senior management.
Improve leasing processes and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property leasing, real estate management, or related area.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of property laws, contracts, and market trends.
Ability to analyze leasing performance and prepare reports.
Strong business communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
