Job Description

Handle purchasing, procurement, and logistics-related activities.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Compare quotations and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
Assist with import/export procedures and customs clearance.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and records for purchasing and logistics activities.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve purchasing or delivery issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics.
Experience in import/export procedures, customs clearance, and supplier management is preferred.
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Myanmar Typing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
Positive, proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
Candidates residing in Thanlyin are preferred.
