Job Description

Plan and coordinate machinery rental requirements.
Negotiate contracts and monitor rental agreements.
Track machinery usage, maintenance, and costs.
Ensure availability of machinery as per project schedule.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Construction Management.
3–5 years of experience in construction machinery management.
Strong knowledge of construction machinery operations and rental market.
Ability to plan and optimize machinery deployment.
Record management, reporting, and cost tracking skills.
Familiarity with maintenance procedures and safety standards.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
