Job Description

နေ့စဉ်အဆောက်အဦးနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သောကိစ္စများကို စစ်ဆေးကြည့်ရှုပြီးပြဿနာများကို အချိန်မှီဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
အပတ်စဉ်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး စစ်ဆေးမှုများကို စနစ်တကျစစ်ဆေးပြီး လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှု အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့အောင် ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး မှတ်တမ်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရှိပြီး နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အခြေအနေများကို အထက်သို့ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရန်။
လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ခွဲဝေပေးကာ ပြုပြင်ရေးနှင့် တပ်ဆင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများအားလုံးကို ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေး စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
စက်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်းများကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးပြီး လိုအပ်သည်များ စာရင်းပြုစု တင်ပြရမည်။
စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးမှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သော အခြားလုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကိုလည်း ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Engineering နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ Certificate (သို့) Diploma ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Building Maintenance နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Knowledge ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microsoft Office ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Leadership, Communication Skill, Problem-solving skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
