Job Description

(1)ဆိုင်၏နေ့စဉ် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများ အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စေရန်ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။

(2)ဝန်ထမ်းအားလုံး၏ တာဝန်များကိုစီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကိုစောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း၊ စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာအောင် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။

(3)လုပ်ငန်းအတွက်လိုအပ်သော Sales planများ၊ Trainingများကိုစနစ်တကျစီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း။

(4)Market Changes,Trends နှင့် Customer လိုအပ်ချက်များအားလေ့လာပြီး မိမိလုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက်မှန်ကန်သောဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ ချမှတ်ခြင်း။

(5)Customer Complaints များကိုကျွမ်းကျင်လိမ္မာစွာဖြေရှင်းပေးပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့ကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း။

Requirements

(1)စီးပွားစီမံ (သို့မဟုတ်) သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်တွင် ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

(2) Manager အဖြစ်လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (3)နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိရမည်။

(3)ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့အား‌ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုစွမ်းရည်ရှိရမည်။

(4)ဈေးကွက်အပြောင်းအလဲများကိုသေချာနားလည်ပြီး Management tool များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
