Coordinate and manage strategic projects assigned by the CEO.
Monitor project progress, key milestones, deliverables and implementation timelines.
Identify implementation issues, project risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare regular project status reports and executive updates.
Support the execution of the Bank’s strategic plan and corporate initiatives.
2. Executive Reporting & Board Support
Prepare high-quality Board, Board Committee, Executive Committee (EXCO), Management Committee and other executive presentations.
Develop executive briefing papers, business proposals, decision papers and management reports.
Transform complex information and raw data into concise, insightful and visually compelling presentations.
Ensure reports submitted to the CEO are accurate, well-structured and decision-focused.
3. Business Analysis & Management Information
Collect, validate and consolidate business information from all departments.
Analyse financial, operational and business performance data to support executive decision-making.
Prepare dashboards, performance reports, KPI summaries and management information packs.
Identify trends, issues, business opportunities and operational risks requiring management attention.
Recommend improvements to reporting standards and management information.
4. CEO Office Coordination
Coordinate and follow up on strategic initiatives, CEO directives and action items with relevant departments.
Liaise with Department Heads to ensure timely submission of reports and completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor implementation progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Support the planning and coordination of executive meetings and strategic discussions.
5. Research & Strategic Planning
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and industry analysis.
Monitor developments within the banking industry, regulatory environment and market trends.
Prepare research papers and analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in the development of corporate strategies, annual business plans and special initiatives.
6. Special Projects
Undertake confidential assignments and special projects as directed by the CEO.
Support business transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and organisational change programmes.
Assist with due diligence, business proposals, partnership evaluations and other strategic assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Management, or a related field.
MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, consulting, corporate strategy, project management, business planning, or management reporting.
Experience preparing executive reports and presentations.
