Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain M&E systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor installation works and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for M&E works.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E engineering for construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
