Job Description

Supervise daily M&E site operations and coordinate with engineers and contractors.
Ensure installations comply with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Inspect and monitor quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
Report progress, issues, and site challenges to the M&E Engineer/Project Manager.
Maintain records of site activities, materials used, and manpower.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in M&E construction works.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
