Job Description

  • Visit doctors, specialist doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly within assigned townships in Yangon.
  • Promote pharmaceutical products, food supplements, and medicated skincare products to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop new business opportunities by introducing new products and expanding product listings in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialist doctors.
  • Conduct effective product presentations and provide updated product information to doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Increase product awareness, prescription recommendations, and market penetration through effective promotional activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth within the designated territory.
  • Collect customer orders and ensure timely and accurate processing of sales requisitions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and other required reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or any recognized University Degree.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is required.
  • Must have experience in promoting and selling products to specialist doctors.
  • Candidates with experience in Food Supplements and Medicated Skincare Products will be given strong priority.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be energetic, active, enthusiastic, and possess a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Must have a positive Can-do attitude, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
